Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return/Exchange Policy
Due to ongoing COVID-19 measures and to help minimise the spread of the virus, KUNBI LAGOS is currently not accepting returns or exchanges. We encourage you to carefully review your order details, including size, colour, and style, before proceeding to checkout.

2. Order Confirmation
Please double-check your order before finalising the purchase. Once your order is placed, it cannot be modified or cancelled.

3. Gift Card Policy

• The KUNBI LAGOS Gift Card is valid for 3 months from the date of issue.

• The expiry date will be indicated on the Gift Card and in the confirmation email.

• Once expired, the Gift Card cannot be redeemed or used.

• Any unused balance on the Gift Card will remain on the card until its expiration, and can be used for future purchases.

• Gift Cards cannot be resold, exchanged for cash, or refunded, either in whole or in part.

4. Delivery/Pick-up

• Domestic Shipping: Orders within Lagos take 1-3 working days for delivery. For areas outside Lagos within Nigeria, delivery takes 3-5 working days.

• International Shipping: International orders are delivered within 5-7 working days and are trackable. Minimum order weight is 1kg, with shipping costs of £30/$40.

• Store Pick-Up: You can choose to pick up your order at our store location at 22 B, Admiralty Way, Lekki Phase 1, Lagos.

5. Import Duties
Orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are imposed when the delivery reaches the specified destination. You will be responsible for the payment of any such import duties. Please note, we have no control over these charges and cannot estimate their exact amount.

6. Force Majeure
KUNBI LAGOS will not be held liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, political unrest, or other circumstances outside of our reasonable control (Force Majeure Event). If a Force Majeure Event continues for more than one month, we will attempt to resolve the situation or fulfil the order promptly.
